Pop superstar P!nk is known for sticking up for people. A recent concert in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania proved just that. The singer was in the midst of performing her hit song “Who Knew?”, but stopped in the middle of the song when it came to her attention that a young girl in the audience was crying. After finding out that the girl was upset over two other women in the audience fighting with each other, P!nk gave the child some of the gifts other fans had thrown on stage, reprimanded the two older women, and resumed the song. Things were reportedly fine afterwards.

Fans of multiplatinum singer P!nk will get at least a few more chances to see their favorite singer perform live. There’s no question that 2013 has already been a great year for P!nk. Her concerts have always been hailed for their athleticism and high production values. Anyone who has had the opportunity in the past to see her perform has raved about these things. October 17th will bring her to Salt Lake City, Utah. October 18th will see her perform in Denver, Colorado. November 2nd will feature P!nk in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She will also be performing November 16th in Dallas, Texas.

P!nk isn’t just getting rave reviews on her new tour for the music, dancing, and technical power. She’s also getting high marks from critics and fans for her rock-hard abs. It’s believed that P!nk maintains such a buff, sexy figure by sticking to an intense workout regiment, particularly when it’s time to get ready for long tours that feature the singer showing off some incredible acrobatic moves while she performs. Her current tour, the Truth About Love Tour, continues to pick up momentum, and critics are already considering it to be a major front-runner for one of the best tours of the year.

2013 has already been a pretty good year for P!nk, and thanks to a recent press release by the RIAA, it looks as though 2013 is only going to get better for her. The RIAA handed out their gold and platinum certification for the month of February, and although some might be surprised by P!nk garnering the third double-platinum album of her career for Funhouse, her fans certainly aren’t shocked. The record has now sold over two million copies, and that brings the total number of albums sold in her career to an impressive 13 million over a 13 year career.
