Controversy continues to follow Rick Ross in reference to some of his lyrics referencing date rape. The track, U.N.E.N.O, which also featured fellow rapper Future as a collaborator, has come under fire from fans, critics, and social justice groups alike for Rick Ross casually making reference to committing date rape in the lyrics of the song. Ross himself has offered two apologies for what he believes is a simple misunderstanding, and has made mention of how highly he values women everywhere, but the anger some feel towards the song doesnt seem as though its going to be dying down anytime soon.

A report regarding the January 28th shooting incident involving rapper Rick Ross has finally been released. Details of the incident involving Rick Ross, Ross girlfriend, witnesses, and the shooters themselves make it clear that Ross is officially being considered a victim in the matter. This comes in spite that Ross himself was armed, but did not return fire when a dark-colored BMW pulled up beside him and opened fire. No one was hurt in the incident, and Fort Lauderdale police have made it clear that the investigation is still ongoing. Ross himself could not be reached for comment regarding the report.

Rick Ross is no doubt eager to get back to the studio, and get back to working with artists like T-Pain on new material, but everyone is hoping Ross will exercise some caution after his near-death experience. T-Pain is certainly one of these people. Both Pain and Rick Ross have worked together in the past, and the results have been a number of impressive hits. T-Pain is certainly eager to see the Miami rapper and good friend back in the studio, but he has also said that he would want Ross to take it easy, and come back only when hes ready.

Rick Ross definitely knows how to throw down an unforgettable party. The MMG boss recently hit Miami to celebrate his recent deal with Reebok Classics, and the party-heavy city is still reeling from the experience. Ross recorded video at the LIV night club in Miami, and its clear from the footage that the man is having a great time. And it would certainly seem as though everyone around him was having a lot of fun, too. Ross was heard to remark several times that night of how excited he was for the Reebok deal, and what the association truly means to him.
