Rihanna might be one of the biggest stars on the planet, but that doesn’t mean the hugely popular singer doesn’t like to shop sensibly. The recording artist was recently spotted at a Kamloops, British Columbia Walmart. Reports indicate that her tour buses were spotted by a fan in the parking lot of the store. Rihanna herself was seen inside the store buying refreshments for the tour bus. News of the event quickly spread across Twitter. The singer is expected to continue her tour, and fans are delighted to find that the singer has stayed true to her roots of being just like everyone.

People are definitely looking forward to the new River Island clothing line from Rihanna. The singer has decided that no one is better suited to model a sample of the upcoming clothing line than her, and has recently released some exciting amateur shots of her modeling some of the clothes to her millions of Twitter followers. Rihanna has stated repeatedly in the past that she has always wanted to design a clothing line of her own. The photos feature her in two different outfits that will be part of the line, and fans are already clamoring to try the clothes on for themselves.

Laryngitis might be forcing Rihanna to cancel a slew of recent shows, including performances in Baltimore, Boston, and Buffalo, but it hasn’t completely kept the artist down. The singer recently showed her support for Red Nose Day, a U.K. charity event which encourages people all over the world to do something funny for charitable purposes, by posting a photo to Twitter. And the photo is certainly garnering attention, given that Rihanna is wearing nothing but a t-shirt from Stella McCartney in it. Red Nose Day has already managed to help over 50 million people, and Rihanna’s photo stands to help even more.

Any worldwide tour with Rihanna as the headliner is a big deal, so it’s been unfortunate that the Barbadian singer has had to cancel several shows thus far. Her Diamonds World Tour has only just gotten started, but it’s already been plagued with problems. Only one show from the tour has so far gone on as scheduled, her performance in Buffalo on March 9th. The rest have been cancelled due to illness. This includes Boston, Baltimore, and another Buffalo show as the most recent casualty. It’s not known at this time as to whether or not there will be any further cancellations.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty (born February 20, 1988), known by her stage name, Rihanna, is a Bajan singer. Her song Umbrella was one of the highest-selling songs of 2007 and her 3rd album Good Girl Gone Bad was critically acclaimed, helping propel her to superstar status. She has attained twelve Billboard Hot 100 number ones thus far and is the second Bajan artist to win a Grammy Award. She is also a cultural ambassador for Barbados. Rihanna was born in Saint Michael, Barbados to Ronald Fenty, a warehouse supervisor, and Monica Fenty, an accountant. Her mother, a native of Guyana, is Afro-Guyanese and her father is Bajan and Irish. She is the oldest of three siblings; two younger brothers, Rorrey and Rajad Fenty. She began singing at around the age of seven. Her childhood was deeply affected by her father’s addiction to crack cocaine and parent’s rocky marriage, which ended when she was fourteen years old. Rihanna attended Charles F. Broome Memorial School, a primary school in Barbados, and then the Combermere School, where she formed a musical trio with two of her classmates at the age of fifteen.
