Taylor Swift is currently in the midst of her monstrous Red world tour, and she even has an appearance on FOX’s hit sitcom The New Girl lined up, but if she makes a Canton High School senior’s dream come true, she could also be adding prom date to her considerable resume. The Canton senior, Kyle Mullins, claims it started as a joke. But that hasn’t stopped the idea from gaining a huge following, including a Facebook page. Swift has yet to respond, but concert dates that will put her near Mullins at the time of his May 17th prom make it a possibility.

Taylor Swift is no stranger to acting. The singer-songwriter appeared in an episode of CSI in 2009, and then added on an appearance in the popular 2010 romantic comedy Valentine’s Day. Fans of Swift can now look forward to her guest-starring on another show. This time it’s going to be FOX’s successful sitcom The New Girl. Taylor Swift will appear alongside series regular Zooey Deschanel. No details involving what Swift’s appearance on the hit comedy will entail have emerged, but it’s expected that it will involve something big, since Swift will make her appearance during the show’s May 14th season finale.

To support her massively popular new album, Red, Taylor Swift is hitting the road for one of her most ambitious tours to date. Known for theatrical, technically dazzling concerts, Swift plans to hit 47 cities for a staggering 66 shows to be played out over the next six months. This includes 13 stadium shows. It will feature Ed Sheeran, still enjoying the success of his duet with Swift on “Everything Has Changed”, as the opener for all dates, but a rotation country and pop artists will be part of the line-up as well. The tour began March 13th in Omaha, Nebraska.

Currently sitting at #44 on the Billboard Hot 100, Taylor Swift has released the official video for “22”, the fourth video to come out for the massively successful Red album. The video forgoes Swift’s focuses on Swift and friends enjoying a wild night on the streets of Miami (where the video was actually shot). Swift and company appear to be having quite a blast baking cakes in the kitchen, lounging on the beach at sunset, and diving into a swimming pool without bothering to take off their clothes. The video has already received considerable attention on sites such as YouTube.

Taylor and Harry Styles is now insulting each other. Yes, rumor has it. Taylor wants to fight this battle till where it goes! I think it is not a breakup anymore but a war really... Cannot imagine what they are telling about each other nowadays! Maybe she is writing a song about this war right? Who knows?
