Lost and Found Lyrics

Lost and Found – written by Kenny Mehler

Rip van winkle said to the young man sitting next to him he said..

I can’t see what’s going on up down left or right

The young man shook his head, said he whispered softly to me

And I remember…The words meant nothing he said.

I may be lost

But…I’ve been found

I’ll take your punches and I’ll stand my ground cause you’ll know

You’ll be there and you’ll see

Cause You’ll see…what this world has done to me know yeah

As time passed by with some strangers walking by rip said

Jump in and take a chance…

Getting down with the suicide romance

With that the young man said he turned back you know he glanced at me

I remember the words didn’t me a damn thing to me

I may be lost

But…I’ve been found

You know I’ll take your punches and I’ll stand my ground cause you’ll know

Cause You’ll be there and you’ll see

Cause You’ll see…what this world has done to me know

Not a day goes by that I don’t think twice

Just take it slow now don’t be shy

Listen to words of this passing guy

And I said you know you got to get it on with me tonight

Good bye Good bye…Listen to the words of this strangers goodbye…he said

I may be lost

But…I’ve been found

I’ll take your punches and I’ll stand my ground cause you’ll know

Cause You’ll be there and you’ll see

Cause You’ll see…what this world has done to me know

Cause now is the time of your life

You better hold on to what’s all true

Cause you know…some days gonna pass you by

I may be lost

But…I’ve been found

I’ll take your punches and I’ll stand my ground cause you’ll know

Cause You’ll be there and you’ll see…what this world has done to me
