Self-Help Book Lyrics

If you get drunk tonight

You?re gonna fall down

If you get drunk tonight

You?re gonna fall down

If you eat too much sweets

Your teeth will turn brown

If you eat too much sweets

Your teeth will turn brown

If you don?t talk about

Problems compound

If you don?t sort it out

You?re gonna break down

Gonna break down

And buddy, it?s as simple as that

And you cut through all of the crap

And the darkness is gonna keep comin' back

Until you wise up, simple as that

If you throw a boomerang

It?s gonna come back

If you eat too much pie

You?re gonna be fat

I can see a tired us

Goin' round, round

If you don?t sort this out

You?re gonna break down

You?re gonna break down

And buddy, it?s as simple as that

When you see past all of the crap

And the darkness you feel gonna keep comin' back

Until you wise [Incomprehensible], simple as that

?Cause if you want to be free

You must choose to be free

They can help you but hey

Help yourself and you'll be

For a man to be free

He must choose to be free

They can help him but he

Helps himself to be free

Simple as that

Simple as that
