Sam Fender Removes Premium Front Standing and Sets Out Revised Stadium Ticket Prices
Sam Fender has scrapped the premium front-standing category for his 2027 UK stadium shows. The revised standing price is £85, with seats listed at £95, £75 and £55. His October 24 statement says anyone buying standing now has the same chance of getting to the front.

That last point is as much a part of the news as the price. Fans had objected to a standing area divided into cheaper and more expensive sections. The front section is being removed from the ticket choices, rather than simply having its price reduced. There is still no reserved spot at the barrier: an equal chance is not a guaranteed position.
The figures come with additions. Fender’s statement excludes venue and ticket-company fees, plus the £1-per-ticket LIVE Trust contribution for grassroots music. So the standing ticket is £86 once that contribution is counted, before the remaining fees. For the £55 seated category, the equivalent starting point is £56. Neither calculation is the checkout total; it just makes one known extra visible.
The statement covers UK stadium shows. It should not be used to infer a euro price for Dublin, even though the Irish date belongs to the same tour. Likewise, the earlier price lists circulated online are not a sound basis for calculating a precise saving for every buyer. What is confirmed now is the new set of base prices and the removal of a ticket category.
A Monday deadline before Wednesday’s presale
There is a nearer date to deal with before next summer’s shows. The official album-linked presale closes to new entries at 9 a.m. GMT on Monday, October 26. The store links to a no-purchase-necessary entry form as well as offering access through an album preorder. Buying the record is therefore not the only advertised route.
Codes and ticket links are due by 8 p.m. GMT on Tuesday, October 27. The presale opens at 9:30 a.m. GMT on Wednesday, October 28, followed by general sale at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 30. Access does not guarantee a ticket, and the published limit is six tickets per person. The official instructions advise checking spam or trash if the code email appears to be missing.
The Proper Massive Stadium Tour begins with two Newcastle dates in June, then visits Cardiff, London, Dublin, Edinburgh and Manchester through July. The route includes two Wembley shows and two at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.
For fans choosing a night, the revised announcement removes one decision from the process. They can compare dates and seated or standing options without paying a separate premium for front standing at the UK shows. Presale buyers still need the relevant access code, an available ticket and the final price shown for that event.
